Live-Aboard Fees: Up to 32' = $8.35 per ft.; 33' and larger = $7.90 per ft.
Covered Berths: 32' Berths = $428.00 mo.; 42' Berths = $524.00 mo.
All berthing fees are based on overall length of boat or berth, whichever is greater. We require a security deposit that is equal to the berth rent and a key deposit. Both deposits are refundable. Water, electricity and dock boxes are furnished. Berths 36' and over are metered for electricity. Electrical meters are read monthly, and there is a $3.00 per month meter reading fee.
